What is your shipping Policy?
FOR OPEN PRINTS: We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
FOR ORIGINALS: All shipping is free for the Continental 48 U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and all other countries will need to contact me directly through the website firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping fees. All non U.S. clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their artwork.
SHIPMENT OF PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED: if your print arrives and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately at email@example.com to let me know. Before opening the package, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. You may then open the package to see if the artwork has been damaged and if the artwork is damaged, please photograph the damage and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
PRINTS: 15-day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. The artwork must be returned in the original packaging, undamaged. Return shipping cost at customer’s expense; customer must insure artwork for return. Please contact us if you are returning a package at email@example.com. Note: Returns exchanges for online sales only.
ORIGINAL ART WORK: We want you to be happy with your purchase. Original Artwork purchased online can be returned within 15 days of shipping date for a refund of purchase price. Return shipping cost at customer's expense; customer must insure artwork for return. Insurance should be for the original amount of the art. It should be undamaged and in the original packaging. Please send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work out the details.
ORIGINAL ART ARRIVED DAMAGED: In the rare event your art arrives damaged, It will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging, take photos of the damage done to both packaging and artwork, and send us an email email@example.com. with the photos, details, and we will take care of it.
